Jun 23 2018 I was recently on holiday in the area when our spaniel puppy seriously chewed my glasses! Huge thanks to this opticians for coming to my rescue. They sorted out the situation unbelievably quickly enabling me to continue with my holiday aand see the beautiful countryside. Forever in your debt....Highly recommend

Dec 26 2016 I have been using O,L & W for over 20 years and have only ever received exemplary service and consideration. On various occasions when unusual events have occurred with my (only) eye I have been accommodated and treated with great professionalism and care. I would not go anywhere else as I value the relationship I have built with a great team of high quality people.

Jul 7 2016 Optician saw me when I had problems with my right eye and took infinite care and many tests to diagnose if I had a retinal detachment and referred me to an excellent consultant who did in fact carry on layered the tears in the retina. I recommend this practice wholeheartedly. Mary waddington
