First time I came here always been to big chains before but decided to try somewhere local. Bit more expensive but the difference in quality of product and service was vast. The test was good and thorough and all done by the optician rather than some of the tests done beforehand as I've had before. Seemed unhurried which was nice. When it came to choosing frames I was sat at a desk with someone who brought frames over to me afte rasking some questions rather than being left to browse on my own. This felt a little odd at first but there were hundreds of styles and it was good to have some help. They showed me some weird stuff but seemed to know what they were talking about as I ended up choosing a frame I'd never have picked up by myself but which I really liked. They talked about lenses more than I've had before and let me know my options without being pushy about it. Got the glasses now. Feel pretty good.
