I have very poor eye sight and glaucoma and found myself at a juncture where I wanted further professional to give me their opinion on how best to proceed. I found your optician to be very knowledgeable, friendly and indeed made changes to my prescription that I have found to be beneficial as well as providing reassurance in relation to other aspects of my vision and the general health of my eyes. Financially I took your guidance and opted for the Zeiss lenses, not the cheapest, however, I have no regret’s and the cost over the lifetime of the glasses is money well spent. I found the overall experience a very positive one, unlike modern optician chains I at no time felt rushed, I felt like I was listened to and that my opinions mattered.

Have been going to see Mrs Patel for years she has always gone over and above to help in whatever way possible. As do all the staff here... She always comes across as caring friendly and knowledgeable well worth going to see her and her team.

I’d like to say a huge Thank You to Mrs Patel for all the time and effort she put into getting me an emergency appointment recently when I was suffering eye issues that needed examination straightaway. This is the second time she has gone above and beyond to get me an emergency examination when I have had eye issues. My husband and I have used Cheltenham Medical Eye Centre for many years and the service is always very professional and very friendly. We recommend them 100%. Thank you to all the team.
