Was unhappy with previous appointment 1 year ago with service and glasses supplied. However when received a letter advising I was due a check up decided to give you another chance. Rang and made an appointment. Went in today to be told nothing on the system and you were very busy with no times available for a period of time. Have now arranged an appointment with another optician. Please take my name off your records, I will not be using Specsavers again.
