Went to get my repeat prescription - sign scrawled on door saying no prescriptions would be issued due to lack of pharmacist. Went in and asked assistant if they could issued prescriptions that were already made up - no. Asked where pharmacist was 'you tell me' came the reply - will now use somewhere else in Witney. I was served by a lady who was rude and abrupt. I asked if the pharmacy would dispose of some old medication for me. She moaned about it and I pointed out that I could throw it in the bin, but that it was recommended to return used medication to a pharmacy for disposal. She eventually ungraciously accepted it. I will not be using this pharmacy again...appalling customer service.
