Waited over an hour in the queue to find my repeat wasn't ready so just had to walk-out so I could get back to work. They really need to sort this out. There seems to be enough staff but give the feeling of absolute chaos.

Went to pick up my automatic prescription, and told it wasn’t ready as I had to have a review every four months, I should have been told about this , now have to wait till Monday to pick them up , I would have been stuck if I had no tablets left . I phoned receptionist to make an appointment with the clinical pharmacist and there are no appointments in the next four weeks , but she she will contact me on Monday, if this is a new service then there should be more available appointment slots , I’m really not happy about this and stressed.
