How any medical professional could think it was okay to leave a housebound patient without their repeat prescription for **over 3 weeks** is beyond me!!?? Typically, you end up hanging on the phone line for ages, then leaving messages, which are seldom answered. This time, they did phone pack to confirm they were aware of the problem--10 days ago & still nothing! Appalling lack of service or care!!?? I note that all of the good reviews (on here) are several years old; elsewhere they are terrible. By 2022/23, operations appear to have gone downhill dramatically. Frankly, for the safety of patients, the current management should be investigated and Wash Common put into appropriate 'special measures' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) & NHS. Enough is enough!?? In the meantime, my advice is to **avoid** Wash Common if you value your health or that of your loved ones!! They simply cannot cope with basic pharmaceutical functions... and worse, don't seem to care!!

Have been to this pharmacy in the past was very efficient and welcoming when a male pharmacist worked there. However the pharmacist manager has changed and is very abrupt and rude, they don’t know basic customer service skills. When asked for the reason why a relatives medication was not there, the counter staff could not give an answer, went behind the counter and I could hear them being very rude there were other patients waiting for their prescriptions. After which the female pharmacist responded very abruptly rather than explaining the situation in a calmly manner this is unacceptable behaviour towards elderly patients. I have wanted to write a review for a very long time however held back as I had a good image of this pharmacy in the past. Not only that I couldn’t hear myself speak as there was a lot of noise behind the counter from the staff which in the past has resulted in me receiving the wrong medication. After seeing the unprofessionalism I will not be returning.

Don’t always order the medication then go to collect it and they blame the doctors surgery when they don’t have the prescription sent through! Also they don’t answer their phone! I’ve been ringing all morning we are now in the afternoon and I’m still trying to call them. This pharmacy is becoming a joke they don’t care about the customers and their health.
