So I went to collect my prescription yesterday, Saturday 19th August 2017, the member of staff couldn't find it under my initial so went out to the back to make sure it had been dispensed, it had so they took the box of prescriptions out again and went through them again, by this time I'd told them when I put it in and how big the packet normally is so the member of staff didn't have to check every single one but still they couldn't find it. So they asked for help and the main pharmaceutical person came out. They started looking in the box that the other person had already looked in and then proseeded to check every single box that they had under the counter. Eventually they came across mine which I think had been placed in the letter C box, so I signed it and paid for it and this is why I am writing this because at no time did they say sorry for the delay or opoligise for their rubbish organisation that they have their, they didn't even look at me, they gave me my change, I said thank you and was hoping for something back but nothing, absolutely atrocious manners I thought, I've had problems with this chemist before but never ever said anything to them I've just come out thinking they are poor but this time I was so mad, I'd waited 17 mins in there, got served right away as no one else was there wen I got there. I continue to feel let down by them every time I go there.
