Due to strange closing times at lunch period I thought I would check before leaving home. Their website says they are closed on a Saturday !!!! Really !!!! What has happened to this branch, it used to be really good, they seem to have no staff and to be closed on a Saturday is ridiculous in the 21st century.!!

staff obviously overworked and completely unable to cope with pressures of customers waiting for prescriptions. some members of staff clearly unable to cope with the simplest tasks of locating prescriptions and accessing records. elderly customers waiting up to 45 minutes to collect prescriptions which were waiting to be checked.lack of permenant pharmacist and store manager apparent.

One is never sure when this branch will be open!! I checked the hours yesterday (Wednesday )as I was about to drive to collect my tablets. Good job I did as it told me they were closing at 1.30pm. Checked today and the hours for Wednesday's show it being open all day and that the website was updated two weeks ago. The queue to collect from the pharmacy mingles with people trying to pay for toiletries and the staff, though calm, are like headless chickens. It used to be very good, it is now a shambles.
