We have been using this pharmacy since January 2014, since then we have had nothing but grief. I was advised to sign up with Boots when I first moved here but used the pharmacy for convenience as its right next door to the doctors, I will certainly be requestong to change to Boots after our recent experience! 9 times out of 10 they do not have the stock required despite leaving over 72 hours after submitting a repeat prescription request, when I get there they are hardly ever ready and have to frequently wait for long periods of time in a cramped waiting room with other customers moaning about the staff. However, due to the need a specialist medication we submitted a request aboit two weeks ago, was told it was ready to be collected to then turn up and be told that someone had already collected it, when I refuted this they just kept saying well ot says here someones collected it, I can assure you no one has and as such I will be logging a formal complaint as quote frankly ive had enough.
