The lady who owns this pharmacy is terribly rude, to the extend that I have stopped going there. Many people in the village feel the same, she has a terrible name in the local area and often over charges. She is so horrible and rude there is no way she should be operating a pharmacy. She was incredible rude to me and my very young children, she should be ashamed of herself.

Not sure what has happened to this place but it is a disgrace to Fernhurst, so rude, never open, dispensing the incorrect items and always over charging.

This review is aimed at just one member of the staff the remainder I have found above excellent. The lady drives a white Porsche Convertible and was delivering my repeat prescription. I am disabled with a Blue Badge and had just visited the Surgery in Fernhurst.I find great difficulty in walking but driving I’m ok. The lady stopped me with my prescription saying “You collect from shop in future.” Now I’m 3 doors from Surgery where she collects the prescriptions daily. Thank goodness this beautiful village only has one selfish trader.
