have never been this dissapointed with lloyds my last 3 repeat prescriptions have been late this one has not turned up yet and i have paid for delivery as i am disabled ordered my prescription on 1st july as i knew it would be late will run out this w/end 10th no one answers phone customer care is obviously not in their vocabulary they are the only pharmacy in liphook iy was never like this 2 years ago appreciate there was difficult times for staff over last 2 years but to ignore people by not answering phone is not right just before submitting this mail tried ringing again same thing

They leave the phone engaged so as to not be contactable.

Went in to buy painkillers only to be shouted at in front of all the costumers that I had been in there a few days ago and had some witch was absolute rubbish! I understand they have a job to do but could of called me to one side and had a chat .Very unprofessional service.Made me look like I was buying heroin FFS.I can now see from other reviews what a terribly service they have.
