Awful attitude from staff. Huge queue, no sense of urgency, no manners. I've just changed my nominated pharmacy to elsewhere.

Awful manners, Lazy attitude, lack of product knowledge. And then given out of date medicine. Went elsewhere. Seems it is well known how unprofessional they are. Disgusting.

Bowerham pharmacy is the most deplorably run place I have ever seen.After working in the health service for decades we would all have been sacked if this sort of service was the best there was.The pharmacist like her predecesor is rude and patronising.Prescriptions need a week to get ready and then are never there when you go-lost mine so many times.People walk in sigh ,look at the long queue and walk out again-finally had enough and going else where.
