I have used this pharmacy over past 5 years for repeat prescriptions. Time and time again my prescription has not been available - always someone elses fault.- they were perfect. Three months ago I called for my prescription one week after the surgery had prepared it to be told they had not received it. On checking with the surgery they confirmed that it had been issued 5 days ago and that the pharmacy had nor bothered to collect it ! To day at 10:00am I called for prescription which was issued one week ago to be told I had to wait for a pharmacist to arrive who was due shortly but would only be present for one hour. There were 9 people waiting for prescriptions. I left but returned at 11:00 am to be told they could only give out prescriptions when a pharmacist was present. It appears that this pharmacy is lacking professionalism and has little regard for customer service. Sadly, although this business is within a short distance of where I live in future I shall be forced to travel to town to collect prescriptions from a competitor.
