I've accompanied my mum three times to collect my elderly grandmother's prescriptions and it is NEVER ready when it's meant to be - we constantly have to keep calling in to see if it's done. I appreciate they're busy but when people rely on regular medications and their prescription isn't ready THREE DAYS ON THE TROT and we keep being told to come back that afternoon, this is unnecessarily causing anxiety. Now, we have just discovered that my grandmother's prescription note has only been half-completed. Thankfully she is pretty fastidious about counting out her pills etc and storing them so she recognised there was a problem before she ran out of tablets, so we have time to get this rectified, but others may not be so lucky.
