Too many cooks spoil the broth. Certainly apt for this phamacy.
Prescription handed in mondays. Its never ready even on thursdays. Always the same, 'we're just about to do it now', can you call back.
You call back and on many occasions it is wrong. Something is missing.
They have a terrible system. 7 staff on duty today and still a massive queue.
Not vry good when sometimes it may be life saving medication.

I echo many other comments. I order my prescription online. When i go to collect 4 or 5 days later its never ready. The staff say, oh we are just going to do it now. Then its either a long wait or another journey to collect it.
Too many staff and each not knowing what the others are doing. Also staff tend to ignore you and theres always a long queue.
Sometimes items are missing and then phone calls and yet another journey....sometimes half of your prescription is at lytham.
Come on, get your act together. Ive never known such a shambles in my life. Its serious medication and livesare at risk. We as patients depend on you getting this right!!!!

After hearing someone in the pharmacy slag off the staff and say how useless they were I felt it appropriate to leave a positive review!
I have used this pharmacy for a while now, and while they’re not always the fastest, mainly due to short staffing numbers, they are polite and helpful
When the doctors surgery have sent your prescription over, it isn’t always there right away, but as they deal with 2 surgery’s and other patients, I’m pretty sure I couldn’t manage it any faster than they do either
The pharmacy manager is an absolute delight. She remembers names and faces and will do anything to help you. I was in this week and was served by a new member of staff who is an asset already and was extremely friendly, apologised for her not knowing the store layout with only starting this week and was a delight to speak to- making all customers feeling welcome and always attending to them promptly
This pharmacy has some terrible reviews but it’s always been outstanding to me. Thanks girls!
