I went to put in my repeat prescription today and was told it wouldn’t be back for 7 days ..I’m going away on holiday in 7 days and was told by a assistant well it won’t be back ! This is for Diabetic life saving medicine ..I’m 82 and can well do without this stress ..I thought it was 3 days wait ..at no time was I told we will try to get it for you in time ... can you train your staff in customer care ..and stop stressing old people out ...how was I to,know it’s 7 days now ...to get prescriptions back ...very disappointed in Day Lewis ..Ivybridge ..

For all the years I have lived in Ivybridge this particular pharmacy has been friendly and worthwhile. But these days, especially over the last year or so, they have lost their way. Its no wonder that they cant keep hold of staff and seem to be just be waiting to be closed down. Again, in the past, this has been on the cards but locals have rallied. I doubt that will happen again and I for one will not miss them or their horrible attitude. I feel like I am intruding into their sad little club anytime I go there and not only does it lose them business but now I have no reason to go into Ivybridge at all. I'd rather spend half an hour on the bus into Plymouth than drag into Ivybridge just to be treated like an intruder.
