Had text from boots the broadway saying scripts were ready to pickup, my wife went to pickup scripts and was given 1item,phoned boots telling them i had items missing and was told that they were waiting for items to be delivered the following day i told her it was tablets for my heart and I was out meds and she said i should have ordered earlier, i told her that i couldn't order until system on line would let me then cut off, only to get a text 10mins later to say scripts were ready, another bus ride to pick them up.

Half an hour wait for a vulnerable person, at the Pharmacy, only to be told the prescription wasn't ready, and I would have to rejoin the queue for a further half an hour if I wanted to come back later. I returned a few days later, queued for the requisite half an hour, picked up said prescription, and the painkillers were missing when I got home. Awful service, and unimaginable waits if Pharmacists are going to take on more of the Doctors tasks.
