They are blatantly lying when asked about prescriptions,,,,oh we have only just received it when we know from the surgery they have had it for over a week,then can’t deliver because the driver has gone home,,,absolutely disgraceful,

I find this pharmacy almost useless. they tell you to order your repeat prescriptions 48 hours in advance if you want your medication delivered this is not true. we have to put in a repeat prescription request for delivery nearly a week and a half in advance to get our prescriptions delivered before our medications runs out and even then there has been times where our medication has still not been delivered on time. there has been several times which i have repeatedly had to phone the chemist to ask where our medications are and when they are going to be delivered because we have ran out. there was actually one time where i was told that i was over looked and my repeat prescription was not put through to my doctor so it was not ready this again was a time of which i had run out of my medication, it was 2 days after when i finally received my medication. i always order both my husbands and my own medications at the same time yet they never manage to deliver both our medications at the same time. i would most certainly not recommend this chemist to a family member or friend.
