Very rude old lady working there, with very strong chavvish accent I could barely understand what she was mumbling. She could have at least been polite or learn to speak proper English.

I've been using this pharmacy for about 5 years and never had any issues. They're always friendly when I visit and very helpful. One issue I had a while ago was staff standing in the car park smoking, not a good advert for and company selling smoking cessation kits. This seems to have stopped now, or they just go round the back. Someone mentioned a chap being unprofessional over the phone back in March. The only male there is not unfriendly, a little abrupt, that's his nature, but he's very good at what he does. If I had one small complaint, it's about prescriptions. Sometimes if they don't go through and they can't find, there's a danger of you going back and forth to the surgery and getting the same answer both ends We issued it the pharmacy have it & We don't have it, the reception have it, which has happened on more than one occasion. There's a good selection of over the counter medicines and everyone seems to know what they're talking about or, if not, they are quick to go seek advice. Original Comment Report...

So every month I have to chase up prescriptions and every month the fella is extremely rude on the phone, this morning he refused to tell me if my prescription was in until he gave me a lecture thus preventing other people who are in the queue behind me getting through, I said I just need to know if my medication is there as I ordered it 5 days ago and they will be shut over the Easter period to be spoken to unprofessionally and totally rude manner, in total this took 40 minutes and am now running late for work?? I sincerely hope he doesn’t treat older people like this as it’s totally stressful every month unfortunately! Was fine before he started had no problems. Original Comment Report...
