Unreliable pharmacy service. Repeats confused and reminder texts not always sent. Understandable throughout the Pandemic but even over the last 6 months there has been so many staff changes esp pharmacists (in v short supply apparently) who are often only in for a day or two. A few regulars who are usually very friendly and helpful. One or two never give eye contact, impatient and not at all customer friendly. They now have a perm pharmacist so hope things get better. Have been a customer for many years but not taking any more chances, too stressful. Have found another pharmacy - busy but reliable, professional, approachable and friendly. After all, your often dealing with sick people.
