Good Morning I am very very sad...AND very very frustrated...I have spent ALL week, phoning Lloyds at Mayfield, at all different time of the day. YOU HAVE NEVER ANSWERED ALLLLLL WEEK!!!!! WHY??? We are allllll busy. We all have jobs and commitments etc...You are a service to the public, which means personal service when they come into your shop, however, not everyone has that luxury. You should be available by telephone. You provide a number....WHY? Short staffed is not an excuse, you have to work something out. WHAT IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY!!!???
