The Elms Residential Home is a first class homely Care Home, registered with the Care Quality Commission for 16 elderly people whom, for whatever reason, have not been able to remain in their own home.
These individuals may be known officially as Residents, Clients or Service Users, but to us, they quickly become part of our large family as do their own families.
Ms Lee Osborne& is the Registered Manager and owner of The Elms. Who& is a& Registered Nurse, having trained and qualified at Southampton General Hospital in the early 1980s. Lee works closely with Emma Osborne, who is the Homes Deputy and Emma Bond, who is the Homes Supervisor.
There are about 18 staff in total, all highly trained carers, all with the best interests of those in our care at the heart of everything we do.&
The Elms has been awarded the GSFCH (Gold Standards Framework Care Home) Accreditation Award for the high quality of care provided for people in the final years of life.
