Part of an estate which includes Fairmount Nursing Home and Fairmount Park-a development of 37 houses and apartments for the over 55s.& Residents can enjoy the landscaped gardens while also having access to a range of facilities that include a putting green, crown green bowling green and the Fairmount Park Clubhouse which has a restaurant/bar, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, small gymnasium, steam room, snooker room and a small library area.
