Apr 14 2022 Trash bins not emptied for nearly 3 to 4 days. Poo on the walls and urine stains on the pillow cover's. The management need's to be ashamed of themeselves.

Jun 29 2017 Hazel bank recently took care of my dad when he was terminally ill and they were brilliant from start to finish. The staff really do care about the people in their care and the service they provide reflects this. They managed my dad's changing medical needs and ensured he was always comfortable, nothing was too much to ask and they would find the time to advise, chat and comfort all of us during such a difficult time. When we needed help with accessing paperwork from an off-site doctor, they arranged this. They set up rooms for us to sleep in and made us meals, coffees and cakes. They kept us up to date with what was going on and what was to happen next and assisted with funeral plans. Every member of staff we met was cheerful, understanding and dedicated. My dad commented a number of times on what a great team they are and we wholly agree. Hazel bank came to us on recommendation and we will be recommending it to others. Keep up the good work!

Sadly, she passed away peacefully last Wednesday evening. I wanted to inform you that the family have been very pleased with the quality service provided by your staff.
