Foxes Moon Residential Home

The staff know each resident as individuals. They are aware of everyones needs and idiosyncrasies which means they diffuse any potentially problematic situation before it arises. Their care is given with kindness and love, as they genuinely want to do their best for each individual. Everyone is seen as a person and valued, never just dismissed because their dementia makes them difficult. I shall always be grateful to each and every one of them for everything they have done to improve my husbands quality of life.

My Mum has received wonderful care from all the staff. I like the way that visitors are very welcome including pets. There are always staff available to speak to and someone is always in the lounge with the residents. The choice of food is all food that people will eat, not spicy or uneasy to digest. The building may not be modern and new but the rooms are bright and airy and the care is exceptional. I love the fact that they have a garden for everyone to use and lots of activities to do.

I find the Foxes Moon staff all very lovely, caring and happy. They care and know their clients. They know what they like to eat and do. They are very encouraging to try and get them to join in but also respect them if they want to be quiet and left in peace. My step father is always clean and tidy and cared for. I am more than happy with the care he receives.
