Stuart House is a small delightful residential dementia home situated close to the sea front in Weston-super-Mare. The home is famed for its wonderful family atmosphere where the residents are at the heart of the running of the home. Stuart House has a real unique sense of family life, where residents assist with making their own breakfast, should they wish to, to assiting with the gardening. The rooms are tastefully decorated with all the anemities required including ensuite bathroom in many.
The home provides a daily activities programme which is created with the interestes of the residents in mind. Assuring that they cater to the hobbies and interests of their residents has always been something Stuart House is proud off and enjoys. Here you will find staff in relaxed but smart casual clothing day or night, this is in line with a new project launched across North Somerset, to give the residents a more homely feel.

Aug 17 2016 My father has lived at Stuart House for over 10 years , during this long period he has been cared for in every detail by staff who are not only professional but caring ,kind and interested in all they are doing for every person I have seen there . Because I live some distance away and also have direct family responsibilities it has been a great joy to know that dad is looked after more like a family member than just another patient ! He has always spoken of his being cared for so well, and is so happy to be there.Dad is 93 and I put his longevity down in great part to the way he lives at Stuart House. A huge Thankyou to all members of staff both past and present ,I believe that his care could not be bettered.
