Sep 3 2016 My mother was recently addmitted to Albert House. It is s difficult time but the pain and fear have been so much reduced by the kindness of the staff. I feel they are caring for me as much as mum. Every day, whatever time I visit, mum is clean, warm, safe and cared for. The smile she gives when staff come into the room says it all - I made the right choice.

Mar 18 2015 After checking out six Nursing Homes in Weston-superMare I arranged for my elderly and very disabled mother to move from hospital into Albert House in February 2015. Her condition allowed her only another month before she sadly died. I have been extremely impressed by the care and kindness shown to mu mum in her final weeks. She had a good sized sunny room with en suite bathroom, a comfortable bed and all modern conveniencies. Albert House has excellent facilities including several internal sunny court yards. Mum's room and the whole establishment was in excellent repair and spotlessly clean throughout. However, by far the most important element in choosing this Nursing Home was the high quality of the Management and staff. Everyone was interested, attentive, efficient, caring and extremely kind. All staff are permanent regular employees and the home is family owned and run. I understand from various discussions with Doctors , Nurses and Care Professionals in Weston that Albert House is highly rated by them all. My experience in visiting other homes ( which varied considerably) led me to make this decision and I have had absolutely no regrets. I recommend Albert House very highly. Jim Scadding

Dec 28 2013 After my mother suffered a serious stroke and spent 6 weeks at this nursing home until she died on the 13th of December 2013. I cannot praise the staff highly enough, she was treated with such loving care, respect and dignity during her stay. At all times she was kept warm, clean, fed and given pain relief, the attitude of the staff restored my faith in mankind, in my mind they were all heroes. Thanks
