Oct 22 2015 Braintree Nursing home have provided and currently providing excellent care for my father, as a family we have found the manager approachable considerate and most importantly highly professional I have appeared un- announced from The west Country at various times of the day and night only to find my father well cared for, safe. This nursing home has improved the quality of my fathers life through there dedicated holistic approach. I wish to take this opportunity to address the public compliance report and voice my astonishment that they were not awarded excellent throughout. It is a unfair portrayal for an excellent service provider and dedicated team.
