MCCH Society Limited - 94 Whitstable Road is registered to provide accommodation and personal care for six people with a learning disability. The service is close to the centre of Canterbury.

With 25 years experience in the sector, mcch supports around 2,000 people in over 200 different services. We have a range of services that include registered care, supported living, home/community support, respite, support to find employment, enterprises and wellbeing services.

We have successfully deregistered services - providing individuals with greater independence and control over their lives. We are also a housing provider and own a number of properties where we act as landlord to people with learning disabilities. We also have experience in housing development and providing individual housing solutions for people we support and their families.

We always work in consultation and collaboration with individuals, their family members, partners, commissioners and other organisations, in order to achieve positive outcomes for people we support.

We are committed to providing a high standard of service to people we support, organisations we work in partnership with and other stakeholders. This is achieved through our Quality Framework, which features systems, quality assurance and promotes continuous improvement.

We have services regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who have set Essential Standards of Quality and Safety. Where Supporting People funding exists, we adhere to the Quality Assessment Framework (QAF) Standards through a process of service reviews. We also carry out our own internal audits, to ensure that services continue to provide the best possible support and care to people.

Our high standards of service are recognised by our external certifications to the Customer Service Excellence Award, Investors in People, ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment and OHAS 18001 Health and Safety.
