Cypress Court is a purpose built two storey care home providing a high standard of general nursing and residential care. We also provide respite and palliative care.
Cypress Court Care Home is located in a residential area of Crewe within easy reach of local shops and other amenities including public transport . Crewe town centre is approximately half a mile away and can be reached by bus from out side the care home.
Our person centre approach means that each resident is an individual treated with respect and dignity. Each resident has a named key worker and an individual care plan. This will cover the personal and medical history, as well as a record of particular activities they enjoy and any cultural or religious aspects of their care.
At Cypress Court Care Home we have an excellent working partnership with the local GP practice. We very much recognise the importance of personal, individual and resident focused care. Cypress Court Care Home has& landscaped gardens and secured patio areas that are popular places to sit.
The accommodation is arranged over tow floors, a passenger lift enabling ease of access. Individual bedrooms are comfortable with ensuite facilities and views of the gardens. Residents are encouraged to personalised their bedrooms and can choose colour schemes and bring some of their furniture if they wish.
The home has spacious lounges with modern flat screen television and DVD player. We also provide quite lounges for those who choose to relax with a book or meet family and friends.
We provide freshly prepared nutritionally balanced meals served in one of our bright and welcoming dining areas. We cater for all dietary requirements.
Cypress Court Care Home is visited regularly by an experienced hair stylist and local visiting chiropodist.
Family and friend are welcome to visit Cypress Court at anytime. We have varied activities programme including arts and crafts, Quizes, Coffee mornings, Needles and natter, Theatre afternoons and visiting entertainers.
