Dove House

I would like to thank Dove House and all the staff for their excellent care they gave to my Mum for the remaining couple of years of her life. They looked after my Mum with care, kindness, dignity and understanding. When visiting my Mum each week I always felt at ease as the staff were always friendly and kind. The residents were always clean and dressed well and there was a homely atmosphere. We got to the know the staff as they were always the same which I think is important for the residents. I know my Mum was happy there and we couldnt have asked for better care for her. We will always be grateful to Dove House for making the remainder of my Mum's life as happy as it could have been . Thank you.

Dove House Care Home Sudbury DE6 5GX A big thank you to the manager and all of the staff at Dove House for making my mothers stay a happy experience. On Saturday 7th June 2014 my mother was in our opinion prematurely discharged from Burton Hospitals Ward 6 Our concerns were proved to be correct as our mother was in a bed in the same hospitals A & E department with a chest infection in less than 24 hours of being assessed as being fit to be sent out. The prompt action taken by the staff at Dove House most certainly helped to save our mothers life You can not get a higher commendation than that The manager and staff go that extra mile when caring for our mother

Dove House has been an absolutely brilliant care home for my father who has dementia. The staff are organised and understanding. The home itself is peaceful and clean.
