Jul 2 2015 My dad was in the home for sixteen month care was rubbish. I am a care worker my self from day one we had complaints bruising on arm he could not use always had a sore bottom. mum had to inform tissue viability nurse because they said he did not need it .She documented they should turn my dad every two hour which they never did so safe guarding was phoned and action taken . My dad also had a broken finger no body new anything about .I had to take him to hospital. myself. Visited him every day most of the time his face had his last meal on it glasses never cleaned Some of the staff very rude Not much fresh veg at meal times mostly frozen
