Nursing care for mother here has been excellent. The wishes and needs of the resident are put first before any other consideration such as any operational convenience for the home. When the NHS failed mother over the availability of emergency dental care the team went that extra mile to ensure that she was found treatment and, despite her other pain issues, and the difficulty transporting her, got her to the dental surgery whilst demonstrating care and compassion throughout.
