Dec 23 2015 My relative, a long standing resident, has always been given an exceptionally good level of care here. Obviously standards must be met but ultimately it is the relationship between staff and residents which I think is most important. Most of the staff at Woodhayes have been there for many years and the manager, who has been in post a short time, is fully committed to maintaining standards and effecting improvements where necessary. Their door is always open and they take time to listen to all.There is an excellent activities programme in place as well. This is a small home and so much the better for this.
