Hillbrow House

Hillbrow House is a happy home delivering high quality, person centred care within homely surroundings, encouraging residents to remain as independent as possible within a safe environment.

All rooms are individually decorated and residents are encouraged to personalise their room by bringing pictures, photographs and small items of furniture.

The award-winning garden is peaceful and sheltered. Raised beds enable residents to tend their own vegetables and flowers.

The care team are trained to provide person-centred care that reflect the needs of each individual resident. Individual care plans are reviewed monthly, or more frequently if necessary, and any changes are assessed and passed on to the care team for immediate implementation.

Fees are based on the assessed care needs of each resident, allowing Hillbrow to provide a highly personalised service with fees that accurately reflect the dependency of each individual.

For those who live alone there is a lunch club which residents are invited to attend and talk about what is happening in the local area, whilst day care is available for clients that live at home and yet enjoy socialising.
