Nov 12 2022 Place is terrible for any human to work feaces in residents finger nails disgusting residents neglected management do not care at all about there staff please refrain from putting your loved ones in this home!

Mar 24 2016 All members of staff at the Norman Hudson Care Home did all they possibly could to ensure my relative was provided with all possible care and compassion needed to feel at home in a safe, secure, friendly, but above all caring environment. I feel totally confident and happy to say we made the best decision in choosing the Norman Hudson care home, primarily because it offered both Residential and Nursing facilities. This was paramount in our case, as our relative after a certain time moved from initially Residential to, as needs dictated Nursing. The move was smooth and stress free, without the stress of having to move homes. The staff were brilliant, so professional in all aspects.
