May 23 2013 My mother is in stage 7 of dementia and needs 24 hour support and total care. All staff are kind and caring. Nurses are on each floor all the time. As soon as anything arises where nursing or medication is needed they give immediate and appropriate response. All staff are ready to answer any questions or concerns with kindness and respect. Every effort is made to create a homely environment in individual rooms and a friendly and co-operative environment in lounges. Personal and corporate celebrations and festivals are highlighted and celebrated. Individual nutritional needs are accommodated.
