Dec 23 2015 My nan was here briefly before I ensured she actually went to another home as I was not impressed by Willow Court at all. Staff seemed patronizing to the residents, the stench of ammonia hit you as you walked through the main doors and the place wasn't that clean. My nan had a bite on her arm which had bled...the week after there was still blood on her sheets from this bite as she had scratched it...clearly the sheets hadn't been changed recently. Staff could never seem to connect you to the right room when you called and got in a pickle over the accounts upon her leaving....I feel they were overwhelmed by their responsibilities.
