    Mum moved into Verulam House over a year ago as she was lonely and did not have family living close by.On arrival she was met by the General & Clinical managers who made every effort to settle mum in. The past 12 months have been a new lifeline to her as she has made valuable friendships who make her feel welcome in her new home. All staff including reception, domestics and cook involve themselves with residents in ensuring they are well catered for.
