Mar 3 2015 Everything at Ermine House was excellent from stepping over the threshold, the welcome, the care, the cleaning, the food, drinks always available, visitors always welcome. Cannot think of anything detrimental to my stay.

They were able to set our minds at rest, the laundry lady was very good. My father was happy, being a man of few words he said very little about his stay which means he was happy with things.
