Hartsholme House

Hartsholme House has been perfect for Mum. The staff are so kind and caring and patient, they allow Mum her independence so she can still do things for herself but they are always there when needed. Mum recently decided to change rooms, her choice, the staff went out of their way to replicate the old set up and perfect the finishing touches. They ensure she has companions at mealtimes and have done their best to accommodate Mums requests. We looked at about 8 homes before choosing Hartsholme and it was way above the others. We were particularly impressed by the caring attitude and approach of the manager. Mum and I think it is great.

House keeping at Hartsholme House always goes above and beyond their job role. I have never seen them not smiling, they keep the rooms and main areas spotless. They coordinate decoration, changes of rooms with residents permission, coordinates curtains. They are lovely with every resident whether it be Christmas or a normal day. My father has lived very happily there for four years and his room has been spotless every day.

My mother is very happy at Hartsholme House and neither she nor the family can fault the care she is receiving. The staff treat her with respect and ensure she is happy. Any problems are sorted straight away and I am informed regularly. The home itself, and grounds, are clean and very homely and has a simple layout. Mums room is tastefully decorated.
