Aug 5 2015 My father was a resident of Beckside, the care and attention he received was marvellous. Beckside is the best home in England, he could not have picked anywhere else that could beat it, cleanliness, safety and care and attention at all times, help was given whenever it was needed. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are all hard working. They are brilliant with patients and take time and care t listen to any problems.

If we had a concern we usually found it had already been noticed and was in the process of being sorted. The staff have a wonderful positive attitude and are so caring. How they do it we just dont know. If only other care homes had the same quality.
