Oct 11 2022 Relinquishing care of your loved one is probably one of the hardest things we have to do but thank god I found this home to care for mum at the end of her life . All staff are exceptional, kind , thoughtful and compassionate. They welcomed us at every opportunity, looked after us as well as mum right up to the very end and beyond. I’ll always be eternally grateful for their input at what was the most difficult time of our lives . Thank you each and every one of you

By: Jan P Rating:.. Jan 12 2018 Mum has been a resident here since April 2015, having initially been admitted for respite. Fortunately she settled in immediately which has been a huge comfort to me. Although I realised she needed full-time care - including an increasing nursing input - I felt so guilty that she had to go into a home. I cannot fault Altham. Mum's care is excellent. She is treated with kindness, respect and a good dose of humour which she loves! I have formed a good relationship with all the staff and I really appreciate the kindness and support they show to myself and my brother. We have great peace of mind knowing Mum is safe and so well cared for. Thank You to all the staff at Altham Court.

They treated her with kindness and looked after her so well. It was nice to know she had her last weeks somewhere so nice
