Jan 10 2017 From the first visit to look at this nursing home, it was bright and very nicely decorated,the staff could not be more helpful,all our questions were answered with honesty and sympathy for the position we were in,from the time my mother was accessed in hospital to her transfer to the home the level of care I observed was first rate.We were kept informed of any changes in her condition,Iwould have no hesitation in recommending the nursing home to anyone in a situation that they were looking for a nursing home.In my opinion it is very well managed and credit to the owners

Being unable to return to his own home at that time was a stressful and difficult period of adjustment for him - and for his family. However, from the day of his arrival he has been warmly welcomed, sensitively cared for and respectfully managed. He himself describes the staff, accommodation, and food as 'excellent' and his health and well-being has improved considerably during his placement. We as his family have also appreciated the kindness of staff towards us and the welcoming facilities made available to us during our visits. Thank you.

The way you received him from the moment of transfer was superb. The care, supervision and sense of security that my father has received from all of your staff has been beyond my expectation. He is happy and thriving .... well done! The support given to me at a difficult time has also been much appreciated.
