Brampton View is set in the tranquil surroundings of Chapel Brampton in Northampton. Brampton View is an 88 bed care home offering Residential, Dementia and Nursing for the elderly and younger adults, the home is built over two floors.
As you enter Brampton view you walk into the stunning reception area, there is a spacious and bright corridor that will lead you to the Residential unit. There is also a short walkway to the Lower Dementia unit leading off the reception area.
Residential comprises of 29 luxury single bedrooms, all offering En-Suite facilities. There are two connecting rooms for couples. Our residential unit has a peaceful library with patio doors leading to the garden with views over the horse field, a bright and spacious lounge area also with patio doors and a superb bathroom and spacious shower room.
First floor comprises a beautiful veranda with comfy seating and stunning chandeliers, as airy corridor to our Nursing unit and a short walkway with nice views leading to our Upper Dementia unit.
Nursing comprises 33 luxury single bedrooms all with En-Suite facilities. there is a large, light lounge area with beautiful views spanning across the country side, two family lounges to cater for residents and their families for special occasions, a superb bathroom and spacious shower room.
Dementia is separated across both floors and has a stunning, secure court yard in the heart of it. Both floors comprise 13 luxury single rooms with En-Suite facilities, restaurant quality dining rooms and cosy lounge areas.
We have excellent links with our local community and an activity programme suited to each individual needs.

Apr 2 2015 This place is not all it's cracked up to be. The care is only for elderly that are lying in their beds. If you are up an about they are not prepared to deal with the needs of the individual person unless they are well. Some one that is terminally ill should be able to have what they like. Their partner should be able to stay the nights with them. The patient should not smell of wee but this is because the bell has been rung and no one comes to assist for 50 minutes and often then can not help doing a wee. Never offered a shower either. The bed is never made and is left to myself or someone else to make. Washing has been lost even though I can not stress enough that the washing would be done by myself. Personal questions have also been asked, not in private but in front of other patients at the reception desk! This place is not for palliative care, they do not have a clue! I am not going to say that all the carers are nasty but apparently one of them told the patient (my relative) to shut up! My dog gets better treatment in kennels! It's a shame as the actual Care Home is lovely just a shame about the care!

Oct 31 2014 My partner was admitted here for emergency respite care following a nervous breakdown onat Christmas, he stayed for three weeks. The nursing staff were just amazing and so very caring, nothing was to much trouble and you could visit at anytime of the day. Activities took place everyday. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and the en suite bathrooms were beautifully clean. I can highly recommend this home.
