This modern home was purpose-built in 2000 and became part of MHA in 2011. With 60 private single rooms, en-suite facilities and shared spaces that include kitchenettes and lounges, Willesden Court is a place where every resident enjoys comfort, privacy and dignity, while also being able to enjoy company and friendship.

Here, individuals with dementia and nursing care needs are encouraged to express themselves. Our highly trained staff members take the time and care to get to know each resident, talking to them and their families about their likes and dislikes and personal backgrounds and stories, in order to be able to provide the person-centred care that lies at the heart of MHA's values.

We aim to ensure that residents preferences are met in every aspect of their daily lives. For example, our multicultural setting is reflected in mealtime menus, which include Caribbean and vegetarian options enabling individuals from any background to continue to express their cultural and religious identity as they wish after moving in. Similarly, the full activity programme is resident-led to make sure that residents pass their time in the way that they would like.

MHA regards physical and spiritual needs with equal importance. We are committed to providing alternative therapies such as reflexology and music therapy, which do much to enhance the well-being of residents, while our Chaplain offers pastoral support to all at Willesden Court, whatever their background and beliefs.

In these and countless other small ways, we help nurture the well-being of all our residents, continuingly encouraging fulfilling relationships and positive experiences.

Willesden offers care and comfort, compassion and friendship. At the heart of all we offer is our assurance that you will be treated with the respect and dignity that we all deserve, and if you need anything at all, we're here to help, 24 hours a day.
