Mar 3 2015 My husband required respite while I underwent surgery. We had never experienced care provision and were very anxious. All our fears were allayed by the excellent care my husband received from the carers, the activity staff, the food and cleaning team and overall from the manager and lead nurse. They always made themselves available to answer our queries and were always well informed regarding my husbands care. We hope to use Westgate House for regular respite to provide myself with a break.

Original Comment Report...Westgate HouseBy: Jenny G Rating:.. Jan 29 2015 My mother has been well cared for at Westgate House for the last four years. All staff are friendly and visiting is at any time. The standards of hygiene and cleanliness are good and meals are largely acceptable.
