Dec 23 2015 The staff are very kind and caring. The food seems to be very good and my relative enjoys it. Despite obvious problems at times with staff shortage or turnover the level of care is high. Some activities and entertainment which although good at times could be improved with occasional outings, which are part of the homes marketing. Clean throughout with none of the urine smell noticed at another care home I visited. In all the best thing about this home are the lovely carers
