Jan 23 2015 This is not a place you would want anyone you love in. The quality of care is poor. My mother was abused there after I raised my concerns to the management and social services. They them allowed my mother to be in the same room as the person who she was scared of. My mother was then verbally abused by the person. The management have never explained why this happened and what measures they took to protect my mother. The management who allowed this to happen still work there.
